Players will learn how to play box lacrosse the right way while developing skills that can take their field lacrosse game to the next level. Box lacrosse is a great way to improve stick skills, decision-making, positioning, physicality, creativity, and overall lacrosse IQ.

What to Expect:
Athletes will learn the fundamentals of box lacrosse while developing skills that translate directly to the field. Improve passing, shooting, dodging, defense, and lacrosse IQ in a fun, high-energy environment with NLL defenseman Ryan Terefenko and former NLL Forward Matt Rambo.
