With a background spanning advertising, professional sports, and athletics, Shannon brings a well-rounded perspective to Forge Lacrosse Club. She began her career in New York City working at global agencies McCann and Dentsu Creative, gaining experience across both creative and account teams. She later transitioned into professional sports, working with the Minnesota Twins in the Premium Sales & Service group within the Brand Partnerships department, where she supported client relationships and event-driven marketing initiatives.

A former lacrosse player and captain at Wissahickon High School in Philadelphia, Shannon remains closely connected to the sport. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor, bringing a strong understanding of athlete development and performance.
